HOW TO MAKE THE MOST OF THE LIBRARY
Michelle’s on-demand library is organised into useful categories including Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Workouts.
There are 3 types of video content:
Essential videos >
setting up, warm ups, cool downs, stretches
3–50 min
Instruction videos >
single exercises, combos
approx. 10 min
Workout videos >
TRX Suspension Training, TRX Yoga, TRX Golfer
30/45/60 min
Use the filters to reduce the library down to just the videos you need to see.
There are multiple useful filters, e.g. Workout Type, Body Focus and (video) Duration.
You can make selection on just one or any number of the filters to refine the selection.
